H and H almost made this shoot TOO easy. The eyes...I am DYING!

Reach for the stars, baby girl!

Maddi and I were reading a book the other day, and one part of the story mentioned God.

She looks up at me and says "God? Mom, I love God. When I get old he is going to marry me when I get bigger".

Yep. That's my girl. Your kid wants to be President one day? Aw. That's cute. My kid is going to be Mrs. God.

Tu-tu cute!

It isn't very often that my girls let me get an organized session anymore. I had to bribe Maddi with being able to jump on the bed afterwards. Better than candy, eh?

Ahhhh...sisterly love...

When I was pregnant with Allison, I had all these visions of two blond little munchkins whispering secrets, playing with dolls and bonding like no other sister has bonded before.

The other day Maddi and Allie were both in Maddi's room. Maddi was attempting to play with her dollhouse and Allie was doing her best to ingest a Barbie. Kevin and I were in the living room having an adult conversation. Or, something close to it.

Enter: Drama Queen.

Maddi begins crying and speaking incoherantly. She comes around the corner, holding her head and wailing.

Enter: Adorable Instigator.

Allie crawls in the living room behind her sister, huge grin on her face and holding a hairbrush. Or, weilding a weapon, I should say.

"MOOOOOOOOOM!!!! SHE hit me on the HEAD with that BRUSH! ALLIE is RUINING my LIFE!"

Yeah.

*sigh*

And so....it begins.

September 6th Shoot

This is E. He had me CRACKING UP. He let me know that they had snakes, wolves and even BEAR come up on their property. He was telling me how his dad was building him a treehouse (I may have to go over there and play in it). He was a DREAM to photograph.

September 5th Shoot

K is turning TWO! And I don't know how she knew that Backyardigans is my FAVORITE cartoon, but I was very excited to see her too darn cool outfit. She makes the CUTEST Uniqua I have ever seen.
